Plant pathogen genomes

This is a list of the genomes of phytopathogens that are being sequenced. Plant pathogens that have been included are bacteria, fungi, oomycetes and nematodes. The sequencing efforts are in various stages of completion. Some genomes have been completed and published, others are draft sequences, and ESTs are available for some of the genomes. The information on ESTs is limited to the ones deposited in Genbank and only for the organisms which have a total number of dbEST entries greater than 1,000. This site will be updated monthly.
