Wheat BAC Upload and Annotation
 

To submit one or more wheat BACs for annotation by TIGR, use the file upload form below to submit a file containing BAC sequences in proper FASTA format.

Provide a valid email address so that we may send you a notification informing that the BAC has been received and to contact you once the BAC annotation process has been completed.

Policy: For private data, we are only able to provide annotation services for a maximum of 10 BACs/user/year. There is no restriction on the number of BACs for data that is to be made public.
