Plasmodium vivax Genome: blasting nucleotide and protein sequence files. The following datasets are available for sequence search:

• 10X_annotated_contigs_above_10kb: this is a set of 51 contigs that compose the core assembly of the P. vivax genome. With the exception of assemblies 431 (7724bp) and 420 (9693bp) all assemblies greater than 10kb.

• 10X_annotated_contigs_below_10kb: this is a set of 2729 sequences that are of subtelomeric origin that cannot be assembled into larger contigs. These sequences have been selected for manual annotation and gene modeling.

• PVA1_Models.nt.fasta: CDS for all pva1 models.

• PVA1_Models.aa.fasta: protein sequence for all pva1 models.
