Pine Microarray Search Overview

Three tools are available for searching clones of interest on the pine microarray:

• Basic Search
• Advanced Search
• Batch Search

The data types associated with each clone in the NSF Pine Microarray database are the following:

Clone Name: A unique identifier generated by TIGR for the clone. Of the form PIMXX##.

Annotation: The putative gene annotation assignment based on the top hit from a BLASTX search against nraa with a minimum E-value cutoff of 1e-5

Current TC: The current Tentative Consensus sequence number(s) assigned to this clone by the TIGR Pine Gene Index project

Genbank Number: The Genbank accession number associated with this clone
