The NSF Pine Microarray Clone Batch Search allows searches of the clone database for a list of
identifiers associated with a clone. Either upload a file containing a list
of identifiers (e.g. PIMAI13, TC58750,
DT627394) separated by carriage return or newline in
plain text format, or paste a list of identifiers in the text
box directly. After entering the selection, click the 'Submit'
button to execute. If both an upload file and text terms have been entered, only the file will be used. Optional
keyword filters can be applied to narrow your search results.
For example, to return the list of clones that are both cytochrome
p450's and from the version 2 array, enter those keywords in the
appropriate filter fields. Searches are case insensitive.
