The NSF Pine Microarray Clone
Advanced Search page allows searching by multiple conditions
in the pine microarray clone database.
To use, first enter a search term and select the section
of the database to search against. Checking the 'not' checkbox
will exclude the search term from any return. (e.g., entering
'putative', section 'keyword (annotation)' and 'not'
will return all the entries in the db that aren't putative
annotations). Continue adding up to
a maximum of five search terms. After entering more than one term,
a boolean operator must be selected to join the terms, either an 'and' or 'or'.
Order of terms isn't important but the 'and' operator
carries greater precedence than 'or' and is used for parallel search
conditions. (e.g. to search for all kinases from the version 1 and
version 2 arrays, enter 'version 1 and kinase or version 2 and kinase'). Searches
are case insensitive.
