New! A Eukaryotic Genome Annotation and Analysis Training Course is being offered at TIGR.
More information and the
registration form are available here.
The Entamoeba histolytica genome project is a collaborative effort involving sequencing from both TIGR and the Sanger Institute Pathogen Sequencing Unit. The sequence data available derives from assemblies generated using sequence data from both centres. Listed below is a collection of information on Entamoeba histolytica genome research at TIGR. Please follow the links to get more detailed information for each project.
Funding for the TIGR component of this project is being provided by the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID).
Funding for the Sanger Institute Pathogen Sequencing Unit component of this project is being provided by The Wellcome Trust .
