Nominal coverage 10.5 fold coverage of JEC21:

Assembly information: 14 pseudochromosome scaffolds
representing ordered contigs from an Assembly of JEC21 only genome
sequence data. Most of these are expected to represent individual JEC21
chromosomes but the final number of chromosomes is expected to be 12 or
13. Total number of gaps in genome =77 Coverage= Approximately 10.5-11 fold genome

Assembly.
This assembly includes TIGR shotgun data, TIGR closure reads, sequences
from the JEC21
Stanford shotgun data, and the JEC21 BAC end sequences from the
The Genome Sequence Centre (Vancouver, Canada).
We assembled the data using the Celera Assembler (Myers et al. (2000),
Science 287:2196-2204), which makes extensive use of paired-end
sequences to create scaffolds and contigs.
All data in the assembly are made available subject to TIGR's and
Stanford's
data release policy.
These data are unfinished and may contain errors and contaminating
sequences. Do not draw important conclusions relying solely on this
data.
