New! A Eukaryotic Genome Annotation and Analysis Training Course is being offered at TIGR.
More information and the
registration form are available here.
Listed right below is a collection of information on Brugia malayi genome research at TIGR. Please follow the links to get more detailed information for each project.
Funding for this project is being provided by the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID)
- Introduction and Sequencing methodology
A brief summary of the Brugia malayi genome project and a detailed description of our sequencing strategy.
- Sequencing status and Assembly
Statistics
Sequence status of the Brugia malayi genome project and results of
the assembly.
- Brugia malayi Genome Annotation Database
This database under development will eventually contain every sequence derived from the TIGR sequencing project. Annotated sequences will be displayed based on their map position and will be searchable by clone name as well as by gene name.
- Brugia malayi Gene Index (BmGI)
All publicly available B. malayi ESTs as well as transcripts from Genbank have been assembled into contigs and built into the Brugia malayi Gene Index (BmGI).
- Data Release Policy
Documentation on the Data Release.
- Brugia malayi Links
Links to information on Brugia malayi Genome and tools available from other sites.
