Segmental Genome Duplications of Arabidopsis

Using the final TIGR Arabidopsis genome annotation release version 5.0, segmentally duplicated chromosome segments were identified by analyzing blast matches between gene pairs in the context of (X,Y) dot plots for all chromosome pairs. The list of genes found within each duplicated region is revealed upon clicking the region within the image below. The raw data sets, list of duplicated gene pairs, and the (X,Y) plot visualization tool can be obtained here.
