T28C14: Aborted, due to substantial overlap with sequence from another group.
T13E15: Restarted due to non-random library.

TAMU naming standard:
Due to some confusion over labeling of TAMU BAC clones, a new standard for the numbering of 384-well plates from this BAC library has been proposed by Rod Wing. This has led to the renaming of several clones in the above table. The renaming is as follows:

Plate 12 (ie Clones T12...) is now Plate 33
Plates 13-33 are now Plates 12-32
